Writefull Revise screens your text for correctness of grammar, word use, style, word order, phrasing, and more. It suggests language improvements by checking your text against millions of published papers.
Using Writefull Revise is easy. Simply upload your document (1), see all language suggestions given for your text (2), and download your revised document with Track Changes (3).
Writefull is developed especially for students and researchers, and is tailored to academic writing. It offers a range of writing tools, including a Word add-in. For more information, see https://writefull.com/.
Please make sure that the file you upload to Writefull Revise is in .docx format. Your file should also not exceed the maximum file size.
Check I understand and accept the Terms of Service, then click Upload Manuscript.
You will then see language suggestions from Writefull in your text (highlighted in green, next to the original wording in red). Your text will be shown without formatting, tables, figures, footnotes, etc. Do not worry - all formatting and objects will be back in place when you download your revised document.
Click the Continue to download button at the bottom of the screen, and then Download Document. Below is an example of a revised manuscript by Writefull in Track Changes.
After downloading your revised document, you may be asked to fill in a very short user survey about your experience and thoughts on Writefull. We'd greatly appreciate your input!
